Returns Bigger and Better at Miami Beach 2024
Art Basel is set to debut the largest iteration of its Art Basel Shop at this year’s Art Basel Miami Beach from December 4–8, 2024. As the event's most expansive retail concept yet, this third edition will immerse visitors in a dynamic fusion of art, fashion, and design at the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC). Spanning over 2,000 square feet, the Art Basel Shop continues its mission of championing the works of both emerging and established artists through thoughtfully curated lifestyle and heritage products.
Curated by Parisian creative visionary Sarah Andelman, the Art Basel Shop will feature bespoke items and exclusive collaborations that pay homage to the creative spirit behind Art Basel. With three distinct locations across the MBCC’s West Lobby, Grand Ballroom, and East Lobby, this year’s shop ensures unprecedented visibility, and it will be freely accessible to the public without requiring a ticket to the main show.
Highlights of the Art Basel Shop 2024
AB by Artist Collaboration with Paulo Nimer Pjota Brazilian artist Paulo Nimer Pjota brings his unique artistic energy to the AB by Artist line with a bespoke capsule collection. Known for his poetic canvases that intertwine historical and pop-cultural elements, Pjota’s designs include tie-dye T-shirts, tote bags, hats, and notebooks, all featuring mystical motifs. Fans can meet the artist at a special signing event on December 5 at 2 PM in the Grand Ballroom location.
New AB by Art Basel Heritage Line
Celebrating Art Basel’s history, this line reimagines the show’s 1994 catalog logo in playful pink and mint green hues. It includes Miami-inspired accessories like beach towels, golf balls, playing cards, and even a sunshade, embodying the vibrant energy of Art Basel Miami Beach.
Exclusive Artist-Led Creations
Several collaborations will spotlight artist-designed lifestyle products: GOAT Uniforms: Official Art Basel uniforms, created in partnership with a soon-to-be-revealed artist. Hand-Painted Ornaments: Crafted by British artists Kaye Donachie and Sola Olulode with House of Voltaire. Posters by Tyler Hobbs: Limited-edition signed works in collaboration with Iconic Moments. Sunglasses by Paola Pivi: Produced by Lizworks as part of the “Seeing the World Through Artists’ Eyes” project. Kenny Scharf Editions: Vibrant products by the American artist.
