The enigmatic rap star gave fans an unforgettable first listen to his new project, sporadically previewing tracks throughout his set. From haunting beats by F1LTHY to Metro Boomin’s signature production, Carti’s evolved sound sent fans into a frenzy. He ended the performance with a powerful track titled “Drugs Got Me Numb.”
Carti Honors Rolling Loud Legacy
As a staple of Rolling Loud since its inception, Carti acknowledged the festival’s 10-year milestone. His set was packed with fan favorites, including “Type Sht”* with Future and Metro Boomin, “Like Me” featuring Lil Uzi Vert and A$AP Rocky, and “Rockstar Made” from Whole Lotta Red.

The Wait for I AM MUSIC
Originally announced in January, I AM MUSIC has been teased throughout 2024, with Carti promising a featureless, Ye-produced album. This marks his first release since 2020’s Whole Lotta Red.
