PLAYBOI CARTI SET TO DEBUT NEW ALBUM I AM MUSIC AT ROLLING LOUD MIAMI MIAMI, FL – Playboi Carti fans have reason to celebrate as the enigmatic Atlanta rapper is preparing to unveil his highly anticipated album, I AM MUSIC, with a live performance at Rolling Loud Miami next month.
Carti announced the news on November 26 through the Instagram account of his label, Opium.
“MIAMI TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY. I AM MUSIC WILL B PLAYED. KANT WAIT TO SEE YAL MFS NAH FR,” he wrote, sparking immediate excitement across his fanbase.
Adding to the buzz, Rolling Loud took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their excitement: “CARTI JUST PLAYED US SOME NEW MUSIC ON FACETIME. I AM MUSIC IS COMING.” The festival organizers even teased potential song titles like “RL00” and “00RLYVL FR.”
ROLLING LOUD MIAMI: CARTI TAKES CENTER STAGE
Playboi Carti will headline the final night of Rolling Loud Miami, which runs from December 13-15 at the Hard Rock Stadium. Other marquee acts include Future, Travis Scott, Metro Boomin, Lil Baby, Kodak Black, Sexyy Red, and Lil Yachty, ensuring a star-studded weekend.
The performance will mark the live debut of I AM MUSIC, although it remains unclear whether the album will be officially released before the festival or after Carti’s Miami set.
BUZZ BUILDS AROUND I AM MUSIC
The hype surrounding I AM MUSIC has been building throughout the year. Since December 2023, Carti has teased fans with snippets of potential tracks, including “All Red,” “Backr00ms” featuring Travis Scott, and the Kanye West-produced “2024.”
Recently, Carti hinted that the album would be entirely solo. Responding to a fan, he said: “I’m trying to do that shit by myself.” However, Rolling Loud’s social media post teased the possibility of major features, saying, “Two of the songs he played got huge features on it.”

I AM MUSIC serves as the long-awaited follow-up to Carti’s sophomore album, Whole Lotta Red, which dropped on Christmas Day 2020.
