Big Winners of the Night
Scottish excellence took center stage as several notable talents were honored:
David Tennant won Actor Television for There She Goes, solidifying his reputation as one of Scotland's finest. Doon Mackichan earned Actress Television for her outstanding performance in Two Doors Down. The Audience Award for Favourite Scot on Screen, voted by the public, went to Ashley Storrie, whose work in Dinosaur resonated deeply with fans. Saul Metzstein claimed Director Fiction for his remarkable work on Slow Horses, while Kevin Macdonald won Director Factual for High & Low – John Galliano. The Agency: Unfiltered took the spotlight in the Entertainment category.

Hazel Irvine, a broadcasting icon, received the Outstanding Contribution to Television award, highlighting her stellar career in sports media. Des Hamilton, a trailblazing casting director, was honored posthumously with the Outstanding Contribution to Craft (in memory of Robert McCann) for his unparalleled impact in shaping Scottish storytelling.
